PL Cold Storage Facilities
Our new 300,000-square-foot cold storage building has operating temperatures of -10 degrees to 35 degrees Fahrenheit that can be adjusted to customers’ specific requirements. We have a 75,000-square-foot cold dock, 225,000 square feet of cooler and freezer space, an office area, and an ALTA Expert Refrigeration system. We specifically cater to the food industry with SQF and Organic certifications. In addition, PL Cold is also USDA & FDA Approved.

Location: Less crowded than other larger cities, Indianapolis is situated at the crossroads of Interstates 65, 69, 70, 74, 465 & 865.
Safety: We take the safety of customer products and our employees seriously with elements such as 3-inch curbs that will stop a forklift from driving into racks and synthetic cooling air (not ammonia) to maintain the environment.
Efficiency: We make transport easy with our industry-first 80-foot deep loading dock that allows a driver in and out within 30 minutes and proximity to our dry storage building for combined pick-ups and drop-offs.
